Are you a CISA Student, Candidate or prospect?, Well I congratulate you upon taking the very important decision to register for the CISA certification exam. I also encourage those who are undecided to make the positive decision.
It is my pleasure and honour to share with you my experience through out the CISA exam process.

For the most of you that are already committed to some sort of day to day work, even those not yet employed, I highly recommend that you start this journey by registering and attending the CISA review classes organised by the ISACA Kampala chapter. This is a very important aspect as it helps you create a regular schedule to meet with your peers and and share your experiences.

Personally speaking, the Lecturers conducting the review classes helped me to appreciate the difference between IT operations and IT Audit. It is here that i also learned how to approach the CISA exam, a skill that greatly contributed to my success.

The chapter administration and Board are also very helpful in providing a conducive environment and the necessary tools and support needed.
Needless to say, all this is made much easier if you become a paid up member of ISACA. The resources available to you as a member of ISACA are more that you will need to pass your exam and become an effective IT Auditor any where in the world.

ISACA tools such as the electronic library have been a great help in my work as an IT Auditor at Bank of Africa.
I wish you all the best and you take your first step to BEING RECOGNIZED AS A MOST SOUGHT FOR PROFESSIONAL
